Head of Marketing – Intelligent Operations Platform (all genders) Copy

We are looking for

As Head of Marketing, you will establish Seqonis as the defining Intelligent Operations Platform (IOP) for pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing. You will turn our positioning into market impact and accelerate the growth of our SaaS and AI business across international markets, with a focus on Europe and Asia Pacific. This means bringing together category creation, product marketing and pipeline growth.

Your tasks

Category & Market Leadership
  • Turn our positioning and strategy into market impact by building and promoting the Intelligent Operations Platform (IOP) category.
  • Establish the IOP category among executive decision-makers, industry analysts and relevant organizations.
Product Marketing
  • Define compelling messaging for Seqonis and its platform capabilities.
  • Drive strategic go-to-market activities for new platform capabilities.
  • Create impactful marketing and sales assets, enabling Sales to win and grow strategic accounts.
Performance Marketing & Pipeline
  • Build measurable and scalable demand generation across BDRs, digital channels, GEO/AI, account-based marketing (ABM), campaigns and events.
  • Own an ambitious pipeline creation target and continuously improve the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Partner closely with Sales on strategic corporate opportunities and help win larger enterprise deals.
Customer Advocacy & PR
  • Turn the successes of our strongest customers and their measurable business outcomes into compelling market proof.
  • Partner closely with our Customer Community team to strengthen engagement, customer advocacy and demand.
  • Drive PR and thought leadership to make Seqonis and our customers' successes visible in key markets.

Your profile

  • You combine strategic thinking and a strong commercial mindset with hands-on execution.
  • You have experience building and establishing new market categories.
  • You think commercially and understand the relationship between pipeline, deal size and win rate.
  • You are deeply AI-literate, both in marketing AI solutions and using AI in your own work.
  • You have credibility with industry analysts and senior enterprise buyers.
  • Your English is excellent. German is a plus.
